Subscription Plans and Free Features

Certain roles within Deck may require a subscription, while other roles and features remain free. We strive to keep boat owner accounts free of charge. As new premium features are introduced, we will inform existing users of any changes to subscription requirements, ensuring full transparency. Subscriptions, when required, are managed by Deck Enterprises, LLC.

Payments and Return Policy

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. You can review their terms and conditions here. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase on all subscriptions. Please contact our support team if you have any issues or require assistance with your subscription.

Dispute Resolution on Vessel Information

If you have concerns or disputes regarding the information listed for your vessel, you can reach out to our support team to request adjustments on past records. Depending on the nature of the request, additional documentation may be required to verify the information.

Intellectual Property

All content, images, graphics, and software on Deck are owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by Deck.

Brand and Trademark Disclaimer

DECK may display logos and brand names from various boat and yacht manufacturers to demonstrate compatibility and support for different vessel types on our platform. DECK Enterprises, LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to these brands unless explicitly stated. All trademarks and brand logos are the property of their respective owners. DECK displays these logos solely for informational purposes to help users understand our platform’s compatibility and support for a variety of vessel types.

Termination

Deck reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user that violates these terms or engages in behavior that may cause harm to other users or the platform itself.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to our jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
